More Than Just An Athlete.

What’s most impressive about Colton is his humility and passion for helping children in need. Colton launched his personal foundation in 2021, Project 55 Foundation presented by Golden Oak Lending. Project 55 is dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families. The beneficiaries in the inaugural year are the St. Louis Children’s Hospital, Ronald McDonald House of St. Louis and Blues for Kids.  Colton has fostered many special relationships through these organizations and speaks of his purpose to “just make a kid’s day”.  He has also built a special friendship with Laila Anderson, a well-known, honourary member of the St. Louis Blues who is battling HLH and was an inspiration in their 2019 Stanley Cup Championship. In addition, Colton speaks about the importance of education for children. He is focused on advocating for the importance of education and schooling, especially for under-privileged and at-risk youth.

"Best Friends help each other when they are down. Best friends win their battles with each other. Best friends, share the best moment of their lives with each other"
- Laila Anderson
